1. Services

Patna Best Spa provides strictly professional wellness and therapeutic massage services delivered by trained, certified therapists. Any request for services outside professional wellness therapy will be refused and the session terminated without refund.

2. Appointments & Booking

• Bookings are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp at +91-9955131723.
• Service hours: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM, all 7 days.
• Please be available at the confirmed time; a waiting period beyond 20 minutes may be treated as a cancellation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are as listed on this website; "onwards" prices vary with duration and add-ons chosen.
• The final price is confirmed before the session begins — no hidden charges.
• Payment is accepted via cash or UPI on completion of the session.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 2 hours before the slot.
• Repeated no-shows may lead to advance-payment requirements for future bookings.

5. Health & Safety

• Please inform us in advance of any medical condition, injury, allergy or pregnancy before your session.
• Massage therapy is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical treatment.
• We reserve the right to decline service where therapy could pose a health risk.

6. Conduct

Our therapists are professionals and are treated with respect at all times. Misbehaviour of any kind results in immediate termination of the session with full charge, and may be reported to authorities.

7. Liability

While every care is taken during sessions, Patna Best Spa is not liable for reactions arising from undisclosed medical conditions or allergies.
